Tanika Jones Assignment 1 6/6/2012 Writing 2 Just recently, I took a trip to Las Vegas with my best title-holder Norma. This was going to be my first time visiting Vegas, and I was extremely excited. After doing so, we had to proceed through pledge che ck-points, then off we went to Vegas. When we arrived the weather was a cheering 98 degrees. However, I was not bothered by the raise up because the humidity was very low. With the five-hour flight behind us, we were ready to bed Vegas for all its worth.

Driving into the All time noteworthy town, all I could see is the dry Nevada desert, scenic buildings, and people paseo the Vegas strip. It seemed to me that in this town, everything moves at an accelerated rate. Taxis and buses were speeding in the streets. We were round to embark on a fun- fi lled four-day adventure. ! As we entered the beautiful New York-New York hotel and casino, my eyes couldnt comprehend how beautiful it was. The hotel had a very old school city vibe. There were replicas of the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn bridge, and famous sky- skyscraping buildings. As we entered the casino we could see people playing slots and winsome at the gambling tables.
