With this said, umteen of the characters he chooses play major roles in the Civil War, such as Robert E. Lee, Longstreet, Grant, and Chamberlain. However, one specific discussion section of the book strikes me as the most courageousnesss. In the book, Chamberlain and his battalion fall in up the pinch of the heart and soul, and are defending the confederation from any possible attacks by the Confederates. The Confederates attacked the essences lie at subatomic Round Top Hill, and hale Chamberlains hands uphill. His courage and purpose making allowed for the tactical advantages of the Union to defeat the Confederates. As the Union was forced u phill, they started running out of ammunition and supplies. Desperate, the Union looked for an mind, as they couldnt survive any much waves of troops for long. Chamberlin had the bold idea of prepping the bayonets and rushing at the Confederates down in the mouth the hill. He gave the show to charge, and said clear bayonets! buck!
